Ingredients
  • 200 grams squid
  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 6 tbsp Sambal
  • 2 Lemongrass
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 2 tsp Sugar or to taste
  • ¼ cup Water

  • 2 Lemongrass
  • 1 large onion

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp Sugar or to taste
  • ¼ cup Water
Instructions
  1. In your **Duo Plus**, add oil and let it heat up over medium heat. Sauté your chopped onions, garlic and bruised lemongrass.
  2. Add and sauté sambal until it has a toasty scent.
  3. Add turmeric powder, water and season with salt and sugar to taste. Stir to combine, and allow this to come to a boil.
  4. Once the sauce boils, add the squid and shrimp. Stir to combine with the sambal sauce and allow them to cook till tender.
  5. Once they're cooked, the Sambal Sotong & Udang is ready to serve!
