Instructions
In your **Duo Plus**, add oil and let it heat up over medium heat. Sauté your chopped onions, garlic and bruised lemongrass.
Add and sauté sambal until it has a toasty scent.
Add turmeric powder, water and season with salt and sugar to taste. Stir to combine, and allow this to come to a boil.
Once the sauce boils, add the squid and shrimp. Stir to combine with the sambal sauce and allow them to cook till tender.
Once they’re cooked, the Sambal Sotong & Udang is ready to serve!
