Ingredients
- 1 cup Fusilli Pasta
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp Carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tspn Sea Salt
To temper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tspn Cumin Seeds
Spice powders
- 1 tspn Curry Powder
- 1/2 tspn Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tspn Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tspn Tumeric Powder
- 1/4 tspn Kasoori Methi
- 1/2 tspn Oregano dried

Instructions
- If you want pasta to be on more softer side, then al-dente. Mix well after you open. Let it be in warm mode (Low). The more you let it rest, it will soften.
- Make sure pasta is immersed in water. Otherwise, it won't be evenly soft. Choose quick cooking pasta. Also good quality pasta, not the thin pasta.
- Depending on the brand, size, shape of pasta, the cooking time might vary, so experiment yourself to get the right timing.
