Ingredients
  • 1cup Fusilli Pasta
  • 1/2cup Tomato Puree
  • 3/4cup Water
  • 1 Onionfinely chopped
  • 1/4cup Capsicumchopped
  • 2tbsp Carrotchopped
  • 2tbsp Green Peas
  • 1tspn Sea Salt
To temper
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1tspn Cumin Seeds
Spice powders
  • 1tspn Curry Powder
  • 1/2tspn Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4tspn Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4tspn Tumeric Powder
  • 1/4tspn Kasoori Methi
  • 1/2tspn Oreganodried
Instructions
  1. If you want pasta to be on more softer side, then al-dente. Mix well after you open. Let it be in warm mode (Low). The more you let it rest, it will soften.
  2. Make sure pasta is immersed in water. Otherwise, it won’t be evenly soft. Choose quick cooking pasta. Also good quality pasta, not the thin pasta.
  3. Depending on the brand, size, shape of pasta, the cooking time might vary, so experiment yourself to get the right timing.
