Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 200 grabs chicken cubed
  • 3 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In your Duo Plus, heat up vegetable oil. Fry garlic for about 30 seconds. Add chicken and curry powder. Saute for 3 minutes.
  2. Add washed rice, water, coconut milk, salt, and pepper then mix.
  3. Add frozen mixed vegetables on top.
  4. Stir to get everything well mixed and pressure cook for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
  5. Natural release for 10mins then quick release. Remove and serve immediately.
