coconut milk

Instructions
In your Duo Plus, heat up vegetable oil. Fry garlic for about 30 seconds. Add chicken and curry powder. Saute for 3 minutes.
Add washed rice, water, coconut milk, salt, and pepper then mix.
Add frozen mixed vegetables on top.
Stir to get everything well mixed and pressure cook for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
Natural release for 10mins then quick release. Remove and serve immediately.
