Ingredients
Steamed Egg:
- 2 Eggs
- 110 ml Water or Stock
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- to taste Sesame Oil
- to taste light soy sauce
Minced Meat:
- 250 g Meat minced
- 1 thumb Ginger minced
- 1 tsp Light Soy
- 1 tsp Dark Soy
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp oyster sauce

Instructions
- Whisk eggs, salt, and stock together until fully incorporated.
- Strain mixture to remove bubbles.
- Place into serving containers and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place on the trivet and place it in the instant pot then put 2 cups of water inside.
- Set instant pot on steam function and choose low pressure for 0 minutes.
- Let the instant pot release pressure naturally for 7 minutes.
- When eggs are cooked, set it aside and clean the pot.
- Set the instant pot to saute - high.
- Saute the ginger in oil until fragrant.
- Add in the minced meat and cook until slightly browned.
- Add in the other ingredients and mix.
- Serve eggs with the minced pork on top or serve with sesame oil and light soy sauce.
