Slow Cooked Tomatoes and Goat Cheese Tartine

                - 2 slices sourdough loaf toasted
- 2 rounds goat cheese torn to pieces
        For the tomatoes    
                - 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 pc White Onion diced
- 4 c garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt

    Instructions
    
                - Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot. Stir to coat all ingredients with oil and salt.
- Close the lid and press Slow Cook on Low for 5 hours.
- Spread the tomatoes over the sourdough slices. Arrange the cheese on top.
