- Saute - fry desiccated coconut till brown
- Set pot to Saute, add oil and sear pork when oil is hot, set aside
- Add a little more oil, fry onions, garlic and rempah till fragrant and pour in coconut milk.
- Cancel Saute and add in the pork, set valve to Sealing
- Set to high pressure for 20 minutes, quick release, take pork out and set the cooker to Saute, simmer till sauce is slightly thicken
- Add in desiccated coconut
- Shred pork and add them back into the sauce, assemble burger
