For the coconut sauce

Instructions
Wash the rice and soak in the 1500 ml water overnight.
Put in the pandan leaves, rice , sugar and soaking water in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and turn the pressure valve to sealing. Press Porridge function and set on High pressure for 30 minutes.
When the cooking cycle is completed, naturally release the pressure.
Serve the pulut hitam hot in bowls and pour the coconut sauce drizzled on top.
Optional: serve with Avocado ice cream for perfect indulgence.
