- 120 ml coconut milk
- 5 pieces Lime Leaves
- 1/3 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 500 g Beef Tenderloin
- Rendang Paste
- Ginger
- Red Onion
- garlic
- Lemon Grass
- Big Red Chilli to garnish

Instructions
- Press saute and toast the coconut flakes. Take out and set aside.
- Saute the aromatics and lime leaves until fragrant, then add the rendang paste and cook.
- Add in the meat and coconut milk, press "Cancel" and press "Pressure cook" on high for 15 minutes.
- Do a quick release when timer is done.
- Add in the coconut flakes and press "saute" and fry for another 5 minutes to allow the aromas to come out.
- Serve with white rice and enjoy!
