Crispy Sesame Tofu Bites

Tofu Bites
- 1 block firm Tofu
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce/Tamari
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Sesame Glaze
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or honey
- 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- Sriracha Mayonnaise : optional
- 3 tbsp vegan Mayonnaise
- 3 tsp Sriracha

Instructions
- Tear the tofu into bite-sized chunks and put them into a shallow bowl. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and gently toss around with your hands until the tofu pieces are evenly coated.
- Put the soy milk into a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, garlic granules and salt.
- Dip the tofu pieces into the soy milk first, and then into the breadcrumbs. Gently turn them around in the breadcrumb bowl until fully coated.
- Carefully place the tofu pieces into the air fryer and air fry at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the ingredients for the sesame glaze.
- Put the crispy tofu into a shallow bowl and pour over the sesame glaze. Gently toss the tofu around in the glaze. Serve with the sriracha mayo to dip and enjoy!
